Case Study for PintPlease

Objectives

The client came up with a concept to develop an e-commerce app, namely PintPlease, which users would use to make money by filling out surveys and referrals and reviewing various stuff on the website. The primary goals of this platform were:

1. User Engagement: To involve users through intuitive designs for participatory feelings within its user base.

2. Monetization Features: This would be done with the implementation of key features that facilitate users earning rewards in an easy manner.

3. Scalability: About being able to handle huge usage without any degradation of performance.

Used Django as Backend

This would be achieved by developing an all-encompassing back-end system built on top of Django, the most highly scalable, reliable, and secure web framework. The key solution high-ends were:

  •  RESTful API Development: The RESTful API was designed using the Django Rest Framework to manage effectively and easily the communications between a mobile app and a server over user data management, transactions, and rewards.
  • User Authentication: We integrated secure user authentication protocols to securely shield information and provide a secure atmosphere to users.
  • Database Management: Designed a relational database using PostgreSQL to bear the load of complex queries/transactions required by user activities/rewards management.

Challenges During Development
