Purpose:

We are looking for a focused Data Entry Clerk to continuously update our company’s databases from a Remote position. The data entry clerk will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information. The data entry clerk will capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.

We are looking for someone who can/has:
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed
  • Keep information confidential
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
You have/are:
  • 1-3 Years of experience
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Drive, Excel, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Facebook,
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Should be a quick learner, sincere with leading ability.
