Purpose:
1. Handling technical/non-technical interviews
2. Handling end-to-end recruitment
3. Getting candidates through online freelancing portals, forums, and job boards, etc.
4. Working on candidate interaction, being proactive, paying attention to details, and implementing the proper corporate recruitment process under our guidance
We are looking for someone who can/has:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Develop HR policies and procedures that are aligned with organizational goal
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
You have/are:
- 1-3 Years of experience
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Zeal for multitasking.
