Purpose:
1. Handling technical/non-technical interviews
2. Handling end-to-end recruitment
3. Getting candidates through the online freelancing portals, forums, and job boards, etc.
4. Working on candidate interaction, being pro-active, paying attention to details, and implementing the proper corporate recruitment process under our guidance
We are looking for someone who can/has:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Develop HR policies and procedures that are aligned with organisational goal
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
You have/are:
- 1-3 Years of experience
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Zeal for multitasking.
